Samanahally, Bangalore, (India), 24/01/2025, Sr. Daisy Rose Peenikaparamban.- Blessing and Inauguration of the new Convent in Samanahally in the Archdiocese of Bangalore on 24th January, 2025. Rt. Rev. Dr.Joseph Susainathan the Auxiliary Bishop Blessed the Convent and celebrated the Eucharist.Bishop Susainathan in his homily highlighted the importance of chapel as the powerhouse, and communion with the Lord which gives source of strength for the mission.

He also reflected on Blessed Marie Poussepin and her general advice "Keep the presence of God in all your actions and in order to do that speak to Him often and speak about Him often. Sr. Anney Chummar Maniyamkott opened the house in the presence of Novices, Sisters, Friends and Well-Wishers. Newly built Formation House is 29 kms away from the Provincial House. Being away from the city allows for deeper appreciation of the natural world, fostering a sense of wonder and respect for the environment. We pray that Novices may learn to appreciate the silence, nature and build intimacy with Lord along with their self formation. Formation community provides an opportunity to live with purpose, aligning daily life with personal values and contributing to a shared vision. It was indeed a day of joy and gratitude to God for the many blessings showered upon the Province of India and all those who made it a reality.

Countless Blessings on the Province of India
