Online, 03/04/2025, Sr. Rosmery Castañeda.- On March 3, 2025, an online conference entitled “Relationships and Bonds: Synodality as Communal Conversion” was held, led by Sister Rosmery Castañeda. In the context of a Church committed to walking together, her profound and prophetic reflection invited participants to renew community life through listening, mutual care, and a Gospel-inspired way of relating.

Drawing on the Final Document of the Synod on Synodality and the current path of transformation within our Congregation, Sister Rosmery emphasized the need to move from structural functionality to fraternal bonds that truly support mission and life. “The conversion of relationships,” she affirmed, “is key to a truly synodal and missionary Church.” The session also included a workshop proposal to continue communal discernment through the method of Spiritual Conversation and was warmly received by sisters from various regions.
