Caracas (Venezuela), 09/11/2023, Sr. Nícida Díaz Leal.- This year and next year, we will celebrate Chapters and Assemblies, events which mark a before and an after in our Congregation. In this reflection, I want to do like the scribe who becomes a disciple of the Kingdom of God, and who draws from his ark the old and the new (Cf. Mt 13:52); reflect aloud on these events which offer a synodal outlet for each sister of our Congregation who, with her limits, her gifts and her possibilities, contributes to the common good (Cf. C4).

Lac An (Vietnam), Community under the General Government 09/08/2023: Sr. Mariamma Paul, General Councilor.- The establishment of a community in Vietnam is a dream nurtured for a long time, come true in Lac An in Phu Cuong Diocese on September 8, 2023. Many years of search and discernment made the Congregation reach this new land and erect a community of Marie Poussepin to live the Gospel here among the people in her spirit and Charism.

Bucaramanga (Colombia), 08/21/2023, Sr. Sonia Stella Muñoz Ulloa.- Within the background of the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the Congregation in Colombia and of the 25th anniversary of the Association of Lay Dominicans of the Province of Bucaramanga, took place in La Turena from August 18 to 20, the XVIII Annual Meeting met under the theme: “Baptized and sent to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world.” 

Manizales (Colombia), 08/18/2023, MCS University.- The Chamber of Representatives of the Republic of Colombia, delivered this important recognition to the Congregation of Dominican Sisters of Charity of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin, in a significant ceremony held at the Catholic University of Manizales, with the presence of the Representative, Dr. Santiago Osorio Marín, Dominican Sisters of the Presentation of Manizales and Bogotá and the accompaniment of the lay community that are part of the work in Manizales.

Roma (Italy), 09/08/2023, Justice and peace.- One of the options contained in our project for Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation is "the option of listening to the cry of the poor". How can we understand this option so that it transcends our service to Charity in the manner of Marie Poussepin? What are the expressions of this option in the Congregation today?

Amman (Jordan), 09/07/2023, Sr. Aliya Hikmat Korkees, Viceprovince Delegate JPIC.- Amman Italian Hospital, where we have been working since 2007, has developed medical services provided to patients by introducing medical developments that did not exist before. As the management of the hospital, we have contracted with the Jordanian Association Operation Smile, which carried out its free medical campaign to treat cases of cleft lip, cleft palate and burns, which was held in March 2023..

Magdalena del Mar (Peru), 08/09/2023, MCS Los Andes.- From july 27th to july 31st, within the framework of the celebration of 150 years of missionary presence in Colombia, where our French sisters gave solid foundations to the service of Charity towards the poorest, our open assembly begins with a Eucharist presided over by Monsignor Juan José Salaverry O.P., who told us in his homily that Jesus invites us to open our ears and eyes and to believe in him by opening our hearts to him. Because only then can we heal and reconcile. And it will open us to a new existence of hope and brotherly love.

Bucaramanga (Colombia), 07/26/2023, Sr. Eleein Paola Navarro González.- Waiting for dawn to rise with the joy and hope of the heart that knows itself called to welcome the light that appears on the horizon, this is the experience that has illuminated the days of encounter that the group of sisters of the provinces of Bucaramanga, Manizales and El Caribe lived, where we were summoned for a few days of spiritual renewal.

Mexico City (Mexico), 12/07/2023, Sr. Evelyn Guadalupe C. Córdova Grande.- With the heart full of joy our Province received the Visit of the General Government. By faith We know that this visit is God's passage through the province and that is why, like Abraham, we are call to say: "My lord, if you do me a favor, I beg you not to pass by your server without stopping" (Gn 18,3)
