Port-au-Prince (Haiti), 10/20/2018, sr. Ana Patricia Londoño.-  The charitable roads of Abbot Jean Baptiste Fouque and of the daughters of Marie Poussepin had already crossed in Marseille (France) from the beginning of the 20th century, when the charitable priest asked Sisters to the Superior General of the Dominicans of the Presentation of Tours, to manage some of his works, including Saint Joseph’s Hospital.

Maracaibo (Venezuela), September 2018, Sr. Yadira Laya.- On September 21 to 23, 2018 at the Presentation School of Maracaibo, Venezuela, took place the workshop: "Training and Accompaniment in the Preparation of Solidarity Projects."

Tours (France), 10/15/2018, RCF.- On October 5, as part of her visit to France to participate in the beatification of Father Jean Baptiste Fouque, founder of Saint Joseph Hospital in Marseille, Sr. Ana Patricia Londoño, director of the Pediatric Center in Haiti, was interviewed by RCF Touraine.

Barcelona (Spain), 10/14/2018, Srs. Gemma Morató and Conchi García.- On the feast day of Marie Poussepin, our Mother Foundress, we are releasing a video to speak about her and her Charism. Through the experiences of our Sisters who follow her footsteps all over the world, the input from Sr. Dominique du Christ, the Archivist of the Congregation and a reflection from Sr. Maria Escayola, the Superior General, we wish a joyful celebration of this red-letter day to all those who live the Dominican Spirit of the Presentation.

Kerala (India), September 2018, Sr. Philomina Vengachottil.- State of Kerala lived the most devastating flood of the century. It brought in an army of Good Samaritans who came from all over the state who risked their own lives to rescue the people and to get them back on their feet. The waters rose but Kerala was not overcome. Even when their own homes were water-logged, volunteers travelled around to save the lives of the people who marooned in homes and institutions.

Bogotá (Colombia), 09/15/2018, Sr. Luz Marina Socha.- With deep gratitude, the province of Santa Fe celebrated with joy, happiness and participation the feast in honor of the elderly sisters who are located in the community of Miramonte, Fusagasuga.

France, 09/09/2018, Srs. María Esperanza Olarte-Mateus and Pascale Moisy.- A pilgrimage on the Route of the abolition of slavery in France was proposed by Sr. Véronique Margron, provincial superior of France and her council. It took place from August 26 to September 1, 2018; ten sisters from the province participated in it.

Bucaramanga (Colombia), 09/03/2018, Sr. Luz Karime Mancipe.- On Sunday, September 2nd, at the Gathering Center of “La Turena”, the VII Youth Presentation Yamizlana was held, on the topic: “Young people the time has come.” More than 80 participants came from various communities of the Province and organized by the Sisters in Youth Ministry, Anayibe Flórez y Luz Karime Mancipe.

Bogotá (Colombia), August 2018, Sr. Olga María Botia.- The 5th National Meeting of Vocation Ministry in Colombia, organized by the Vocation Ministry Commission of the Conference of Religious of Colombia, was held in Bogota from August 17 to 19, with the theme “LISTEN, DISCERN AND LIVE THE CALL OF THE LORD”. Sixty-six women and men religious from different Congregations (3 Sisters of the Presentation from the Province of Santa Fe) and some laity committed to the mission of Youth and Vocation Ministry participated in it.
