Lima (Peru), 05/20/2017, Sr. Amparo Vélez.- The Means of Social Communication MSC are catching up with us, but we are also catching up to them! And it is not always the young who are doing it, but as it is the case at this time in our Province of Los Andes, 81 year old Sr. Rosa Inés del Sagrado Corazón, a member of the Hospitality Community in Lima, who has been a bit challenged for some time now in her eye-sight, who by her missionary fire and love for the Virgin Mary, has incurred with courage into the MSC.

Medellin (Colombia), 04/20/2017, Sr. Adith Sofía Escobar Mora.- The Health Sector in Colombia goes through difficult times, but El Rosario Clinic in its desire to provide a high quality service to its users, with a humanized, comprehensive, efficient and safe care, planned the construction of new areas on the ninth floor of the Headquarters Medical Tower. 

Santiago (Chile), 04/27/2017, Sr. Gabriela Vergara.- On April 24th and 25th at the Extension Center of the Catholic University of Chile in Santiago, the IV Seminar on Church Communication was held, whose motto was "Communication in order to build a culture of Encounter". The seminar was prepared by the Episcopal Conference, along with the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. It had Speakers specialized in the area of Social Communication and Journalism. They contributed, in a very experiential way, with their visions and specialties to the achievement of the objectives proposed by this formation committee.

Lima (Perú), 05/17/2017, Sr. Patricia Avendaño Álvarez.- The Pilgrimage of the Relics of Saint Rose of Lima, in the months of July through October, is one of the activities which the Dominican Family has organized in Perú as part of the celebration of the 400 Year-Jubilee of her death.

Rionegro (Colombia), 05/11/2017, Sr. Zabrina Llanos B.- The beautifully decorated Presentation High School of Rionegro opened its doors on April 26th to celebrate and commemorate 100 years of its foundation.

Barranquilla (Colombia), 05/07/2017, Sr. Lina María Quintero.- San Miguel del Rosario High School prepares to commemorate 125 years of its foundation with a special ceremony on May 31, in the metropolitan cathedral, María Reina.

Mbocayaty (Paraguay), 04/28/2017, Sr. Adelaida Alba Botello.- On April 24th morning, the Community of Mbocayaty – Paraguay, welcomed with great joy to their house Sr. Maria Escayola Coris, Superior General, and Sr. Carmen Cecilia Flórez Montaño, Provincial Superior of Bucaramanga. This family event was marked by fraternal sharing, dialogue and acquiring of knowledge with regard to the life and pastoral work of the Community in this “land of coconuts”.

Dalmadih, Jharkland (India), 05/03/2017, Sr. Rosa Mary Kadampattuparampil.- Turbunga Tribal Community development initiative, a child focused community development programme, funded by Sweden ERIKS was inaugurated on March 11, 2017. After “7year” Dalmadih Tribal development Project was successfully and fruitfully completed, the project donors offered this new project as if to say as a token of appreciation for the sincere and dedicated hard work of Sr. Anney Chummar Maniyamkott and her committed team along with the community of Dalmadih.
